Our Team
Hapalion Consulting consists of two full-time employees, as well as many specialists who work with us on a case-by-case base. Since every company, every system, every goal is different, Hapalion Consultancy prides itself in being able to quickly and efficiently create teams, and call in external forces, to take on any challenge that’s given to us. Exploratory testing, simple test cases or complete company optimization, in English, Dutch or German, with a small agile team or a larger group. But always with quality in mind.
Rick Tracy

Rick has many years of experience in the testing-scene. He has worked for Rabobank, Jumbo and more. He is a certified Scrummaster and is often invited at testing conferences (nowadays mostly digital) to give presentations and workshops about Quality, A.I., Testing, Games, etc. He has a clear and fast mind, as well as an insatiable desire to learn knew skills and increase his ever expanding knowledge, in order to help people and bring out the best in them.
Thomas Meurkens
detail-oriented, lateral thinking, empathic, open-minded
Thomas is educated as an Archaeologist, speaks various languages and has published 3 books. Creativity and lateral thinking are his strengths. He likes processes to be as efficient as possible, and also has strong (work)ethics. Honesty and transparency are paramount, and delivering good work is of the utmost importance to him. A quick learner and interested in (almost) everything, and able to place himself in the shoes of others, Thomas provides different insights and picks out often overlooked aspects of a project.
